1IN3's Questions on Notice for Joint Select Committee on Australia's Family Law System

On 8th July 2020, representatives of the One in Three Campaign appeared at a hearing of the Joint Select Committee on Australia's Family Law System (more information here and here).

Senator Hanson (One Nation) asked the following question of One in Three:

What I want to know about is men who apply for a domestic violence order against their female partner. Do you have statistics on how many get a domestic violence order, or are the courts reluctant to hand them out?
